Founded in 2015 to connect the cultural and language gap of Spanish in Texas, OTC was established to produce exciting original bilingual educational musicals in Spanish to assist with learning a new language.
Through the use of confidence-building activities, the Spanish language, music and theater, students will discover different ways Fine Arts can enhance their day to day experiences.
